Information Text Regarding the Protection and Processing of Your Personal Data
This Information Text aims to inform you that your personal data provided to Gökçe Brülör ve Isı Sanayi Tic. A.Ş. (“the Company”) may be processed by the Company in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“the Law”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform (“the Communiqué”), and may be transferred to the persons specified below, both domestically and internationally, within the scope of the purposes stated in this information text.
Information as Data Controller

A.Ş., whose detailed corporate information is published below, in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and as the Data Controller, your personal data will be processed within the framework explained on this page; Your personal data will be recorded, stored, updated, disclosed/transferred to third parties where permitted by legislation, classified, and processed in the ways listed in the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law).
How your personal data may be processed
In accordance with the KVKK No. 6698, your personal data shared with Gökçe Brülör ve Isı Sanayi Tic. A.Ş. may be processed by us, wholly or partially, automatically or non-automatically, by obtaining, recording, storing, modifying, reorganizing, and in short, by subjecting the data to any kind of processing performed on the data, whether as part of an automated or non-automated data recording system. Within the scope of the KVKK, any operation performed on the data is considered "processing of personal data".
Purposes and legal grounds for processing your personal data
The personal data you share will be processed for the following purposes:
• To fulfill the requirements of the services we provide to our customers, in accordance with the requirements of the contract and technology, and to improve our products and services;
• To record identity, address, and other necessary information to identify the transaction owner within the scope of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, and the Regulation on Service Providers and Intermediary Service Providers in Electronic Commerce published in the Official Gazette No. 29457 dated 26.08.2015, the Regulation on Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette No. 29188 dated 27.11.2014, and other relevant legislation;
• To regulate all records and documents that will serve as the basis for transactions in electronic contracts or paper form, which are mandatory in the banking and electronic payment field; to comply with information retention, reporting, and notification obligations required by legislation and other authorities;
• To provide information to prosecutors, courts, and relevant public officials upon request and as required by legislation in matters relating to public security and legal disputes;
It will be processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and related secondary regulations.
How Your Personal Data is Collected
Data provided by our customers who conduct transactions on the Gökçe Brülör ve Isı Sanayi Tic. A.Ş website is processed by Gökçe Brülör ve Isı Sanayi Tic. A.Ş in accordance with the consent of our customers and the provisions of the legislation.
This includes: preferences on pages accessed using usernames and passwords, IP records of transactions performed, cookie data collected by the browser, browsing time and details, and location data;

Your personal data will be stored confidentially in the databases and systems of Gökçe Brülör ve Isı Sanayi Tic. A.Ş. in accordance with Article 12 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data); it will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances except for legal obligations and the regulations specified in this document.
Gökçe Brülör ve Isı Sanayi Tic. A.Ş. is obligated, in accordance with Article 12 of the KVKK, to prevent the unlawful processing of personal data, to prevent unauthorized access, and to ensure the security of the systems and databases containing your personal data by taking software measures such as hashing, encryption, transaction logging, and access management, as well as physical security measures. If it is learned that personal data has been obtained by others through illegal means, the situation will be reported immediately in accordance with legal regulations.
